You'll be trained to grow rental utilization, build customer relationships, and represent Cumberland Idealease in the marketplace, with support from experienced leaders every step of the way.
What You'll Learn & Do

Account Growth - Develop the skills to strengthen relationships with existing customers while uncovering additional opportunities to support their operations.
Revenue Ownership - Build the discipline to manage a sales pipeline, follow through on opportunities, and convert activity into business - a foundational skill for any sales career.
Customer Engagement - Become a trusted resource for customers needing short-term equipment solutions by learning their operations and matching them with the right equipment.
Market Presence - Get hands-on experience representing Cumberland Idealease in the field, staying connected to customers, job sites, and business decision makers.
Operational Alignment - Work closely with internal service and support teams to understand the full business and deliver a seamless customer experience.
