Entry Level Recruiter

You’ll connect with candidates, recruiters, and sales leaders while learning about interesting careers across IT, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, and other professional fields in Pittsburgh and beyond. You’ll receive hands-on training and mentorship while working alongside experienced recruiters and sales professionals.

Oxford Solutions is looking for a motivated, competitive Recruiter to join our team in Pittsburgh’s North Hills. This is an entry-level opportunity with strong potential for career growth and advancement as you develop your recruiting, sales, and relationship-building skills.

Recruiting is part sales, part relationship building, and part problem solving. You’ll connect with candidates, recruiters, and sales leaders while learning about interesting careers across IT, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, and other professional fields in Pittsburgh and beyond.

What You’ll Do

• Find and connect with candidates for a wide variety of professional opportunities
• Recruit through LinkedIn, job boards, our candidate database, networking, referrals, and outbound calls
• Interview candidates to learn about their experience, goals, and what they want next in their careers
• Partner with our sales team to understand open positions and identify the right talent
• Coordinate interviews, present opportunities, extend offers, and help candidates through the hiring process
• Build your network and candidate pipeline while working toward individual and team goals
