Entry Level Event Coordinator

Job Description

Infin Moving is seeking an organized and dependable Entry Level Event Coordinator to support logistics and event setup operations in Phoenix, AZ. This position assists with coordinating schedules, organizing equipment transportation, and supporting setup and breakdown activities for client projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling event setup and breakdown activities
• Coordinate transportation of furniture, equipment, and supplies
• Support field crews and supervisors during daily operations
• Maintain project documentation and scheduling records
• Help ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule
• Perform additional operational support duties as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
• Previous coordination, logistics, or administrative experience is a plus but not required
