Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide friendly assistance
- Provide customers with information about grooming services and appointments
- Communicate appointment details, updates, and scheduling information
- Answer routine customer questions in a clear and professional manner
- Record customer requests and pet care instructions accurately
- Prepare and organize approved customer information materials
- Participate in team training and meetings
- Help maintain a welcoming and organized customer area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Good organization and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate information clearly and accurately
- Comfortable speaking with customers and working around dogs
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to learn
- Must be available to work on-site in Los Angeles
