Entry Level Brokerage Ops Analyst - MOR2JP00018301
Location: Baltimore, MD - Hybrid with three days mandatory in office
Max Pay Rate: $20/hr W2 (No Benefits)
Duration – 12 months +
BACHELOR'S DEGREE REQUIRED ***


Responsibilities Include:
Support a portfolio of *** clients by serving as a point of contact for day-to-day operational inquiries and issues.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive and professional service.
Work closely with internal Operations, Sales, Trading, and Technology teams to assist in resolving client questions and operational exceptions.
Learn and develop an understanding of futures and derivatives products, operational processes, and the broader clearing environment.
Assist with the resolution of trade breaks, margin-related inquiries, cash movements, and account reconciliation activities.
Monitor daily operational workflows to help ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely issue resolution.
Support risk and control processes by following established procedures, identifying exceptions, and escalating concerns when appropriate.
Contribute ideas for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Participate in client meetings and internal discussions to support service delivery and strengthen client relationships.
Collaborate with global teams and business partners to provide a seamless client experience.
Stay informed on industry, regulatory, and product-related developments relevant to the team's responsibilities.
Maintain accurate documentation, procedures, and reporting to support operational excellence.
Develop strong organizational and multitasking skills while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Gain exposure to a broad range of operational and client service functions within the derivatives business.


Qualifications - Required
Bachelor's degree
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.


Preferred
Experience in Financial Services, Operations, Client Service, or a related field.
Internship, academic, or professional experience within Financial Services.
Exposure to derivatives, futures, clearing, or trade support functions.
Client service experience in a professional environment.
Advanced Excel skills or experience working with large datasets.
