Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required (college coursework or a degree in business administration, marketing, or communications is a plus).
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• High integrity, professional demeanor, and a strong dependable work ethic.
• Coachable mindset with a strong desire to learn, adapt, and accept professional guidance.
• Background in retail, customer service, hospitality, sales, or restaurant service is highly valued but not required.
