What You’ll Actually Do:

- Morning Strategy & Workshops: Start every day in our local office with interactive team sessions covering leadership, business communication, public speaking, and campaign strategy.
- Client Portfolio Management: Serve as the main point of contact for local accounts to ensure seamless onboarding and strong ongoing client relations.
- Management Trainee Pipeline: Master entry-level account operations to rapidly step up into team leading, interviewing, and office management roles.
