Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
• Identify and pursue new business development opportunities within assigned accounts
• Present products and services to prospective and existing clients
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
• Track account activity, pipeline progress, and client interactions using CRM tools
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Strong and communication skills,
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• No prior experience required — full training provided for the right candidate
• Must be available for full time and able to commute to Dearborn, MI
