RESPONSIBILITIES

As a member of the Legal team and reporting to the Associate General Counsel, the Enterprise Risk & Compliance Manager provides broad support to the organization's enterprise compliance program and works closely with members of the Legal team and other organizational leadership. This role is responsible for ensuring sustainable program execution, consistency, and alignment with organizational priorities across expanding risk, compliance, and integrity obligations. The Enterprise Risk & Compliance Manager provides operational and administrative support across the organization's enterprise compliance and risk programs. This role oversees policy management, regulatory deadline tracking, and case preparation for fraud and whistleblower programs while serving as a key liaison for internal legal and compliance inquiries. The Enterprise Risk & Compliance Manager interacts with various departments, leadership, and external advisors to strengthen governance and reduce risk.
