Best Buy's Brand Advocate Program is funded by participating vendors and provides a dedicated brand resource at Best Buy focused on vendor activities such as new product submissions, optimization of existing product information, and overall enhancement of the quality, quantity, and delivery speed of participating vendors' product data.

As the Enterprise Product Management Brand Advocate Manager, you'll develop strategies to meet business needs and company initiatives related to product data management. You'll lead a team of people well-versed in processes, technology and data. In this role, you'll be highly visible and cross-functional as well as connected with third party contracted partners. You'll drive partnership with leadership teams to develop solutions that deliver end-to-end business results.

This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work on site Monday through Thursday at the Best Buy corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota. You can work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location on Friday. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

What you'll do
  • Manage team priorities by providing clear direction, assessing current and upcoming workload and utilizing data to accurately tell a fact-based story.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with both internal & external (vendor) stakeholders, including regular meeting rhythms and future planning to anticipate and support business needs.
  • Manage the development, optimization and sustainability of processes, reporting and documentation with an emphasis on business activities, roles and responsibilities.
  • Provide work direction to direct reports, translating business requirements into sustainable, operational processes and plans.
  • Advise and inform leadership of key findings and recommendations in a timely manner
