    Description

    Job Title: Enterprise Architect
    Location: Remote
    Duration: 6 Months

    Key Responsibilities
    • Decision Making: Evaluates issues and makes recommendations backed up with robust data on the required change(s) within a project or program.
    • Ability to articulate technology solution options and make recommendations based on best practices of cloud technologies and modern app dev practices.
    • Plans relevant technology integration and workflow for software development.
    • Offers technical guidance and support for developers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
    • Checks the software quality to ensure that it meets quality, security, scalability, recovery and modifiability requirements.
    • Understands and can apply FinOps practices to development activities.
    • Problem Solving: Creates/identifies solution designs to deliver on software requirements by working with other architects and appropriate technical teams.
    • Collaboration: Engages with their team and wider Software community. Collaborates with Technical SME(s) and the Architecture community.
    • Level of Influence: Influences within own business area/team and key technical resources by working as part of the team and contributing to team outcomes and requirements.
    • Leadership: Experienced in domain of expertise.

    Enterprise Architecture Responsibilities
    • Develop EA integration standards, data architecture standards, EA integration governance frameworks, and system integration standards.
    • Develop and maintain the technology stack to include commercial or open source integration platforms.
    • Provide expert advice to project teams on use of integration technology, data architecture and modeling, system architecture including integration best practices.
    • Oversee critical steps within the Software Development Life Cycle components that impact enterprise wide development / architecture standards.
    • Provide oversight in standards adherence through reviews of project work including detailed technical specifications and application code.
    • Responsibility for gap analysis and assessment of certain system structures.
    • Create data models to visualize the integrations.
    • Work with project teams in definition of requirements for integration strategies of their projects into the Enterprise Architecture.
    • Manage internal resources as well as augmented or externally sourced team members.
    • Oversee development and support of batch and back-end processes related to the application portfolio.
    • Assist with incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
    • Communicate project status to various levels of management.
    • Oversee the technology and standards for version control.
    • Partner with leaders of other disciplines to ensure proposed solutions align with information, technology, infrastructure, business and security architectures.
    • Other duties as assigned.
