Job Summary :
The Engineering Technician I will support our Engineering support team by performing hardware prototyping tasks. They will assist in creation of prototype hardware products across various environments and gain exposure to a wide range of equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
" Assist in performing mechanical prototyping operations. (3D Printing, model processing, fixture assembly, and device modification)
" Read and interpret controlled documentation, processes, and instructions
" Operate equipment and tools, such as (3d printers, soldering iron, sanders, calipers, etc.) under guidance
" Communicate with engineers, record, and document results
" Participate in the maintenance of test equipment and facilities in accordance with ISO9001 under guidance

Key Skills and Competencies :
" Proficient in use of hand tools
" Basic understanding of 3D printing
" Basic understanding of Windows OS and MS office suite
" Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn

Minimum Education :
High School Diploma/ GED. Associate s degree in a technical discipline preferred

Minimum Work Experience :
0-2 years of direct work experience in similar industry
