At Tesla, we're accelerating the world's transition to sustainable energy by deploying cutting-edge Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) that power utilities, commercial, and industrial applications, including innovative microgrids. As our Industrial Storage fleet grows rapidly, we're looking for a hands-on Engineering Technician to support the commissioning of these systems. In this role, you'll work alongside commissioning engineers and field teams to help bring renewable energy projects online efficiently and reliably. If you enjoy practical problem-solving, working directly with electrical, mechanical, and control systems, and contributing to the fast-paced rollout of energy storage solutions, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
You'll collaborate with engineers, field service technicians, and external partners to support the commissioning of BESS, SCADA, and Balance of Plant systems. Your focus will be on executing tests, collecting data, performing equipment checks, and assisting with troubleshooting across inverters, battery modules, thermal systems, digital controls, and communication networks, both on-site and remotely. We're seeking someone who is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and eager to learn while helping drive continuous improvement in deployment processes.
