Key Project Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• 15+ years of engineering and project execution experience.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering leadership or project management experience.
• Significant experience managing multidisciplinary engineering activities within an EPC, EPCM, or Design-Build environment.

Job Summary:

The Engineering Project Manager will lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities for EPC projects from concept development through construction, commissioning, and final handover. This position will manage engineering scope, schedule, budget, resources, and deliverables while serving as the primary engineering interface between clients, project management, engineering disciplines, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across electrical, mechanical, process, civil/structural, instrumentation, and piping disciplines.
• Develop and manage engineering execution plans, schedules, deliverable registers, resource plans, and engineering budgets.
• Monitor engineering progress against project milestones and ensure deliverables meet technical, quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
• Manage engineering scope, project risks, technical issues, assumptions, and change-control activities.
• Serve as the primary engineering interface with clients and lead technical discussions, design reviews, and project progress meetings.
• Coordinate engineering activities with procurement, vendors, construction, and commissioning teams throughout project execution.
• Oversee major design decisions, engineering studies, technical deviations, and multidisciplinary design integration.

Job Requirements:

• Strong understanding of EPC project lifecycles and engineering design processes.
• Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams and complex engineering deliverables.
• Experience managing engineering schedules, budgets, manpower/resource planning, and project risk.
• Working knowledge of procurement, construction, commissioning, and vendor management activities.
• Experience with project scheduling and planning tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.

Education / Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or related engineering discipline) required.
• Experience with greenfield and brownfield projects, EPCM, Design-Build, Lump Sum Turnkey (LSTK), and/or fast-track project execution preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE), Chartered Engineer (CEng), and/or PMP certification preferred.
