Engineering - Manufacturing Engineer

Successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes, implementing improvements, and ensuring the highest level of efficiency, quality, and reliability. • Identifying and implementing process improvements across multiple CCA programs and utilizing tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.

Description: Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team, focusing on process improvements across for our CCA builds, with a focus on thru-hole technology. Successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes, implementing improvements, and ensuring the highest level of efficiency, quality, and reliability. .
What You Will Be Doing As a Manufacturing Engineer you will play a key role in driving process improvements and optimizing our manufacturing operations. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from process development and implementation to equipment maintenance and repair. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of process changes and provide technical support and guidance to production staff.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Analyzing and optimizing CCA and module manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality
• Identifying and implementing process improvements across multiple CCA programs and utilizing tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies
• Learning to create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures, and design specifications for fixtures and stencils
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and maintenance, to ensure seamless implementation of process changes
• Work closely with senior engineers to gain experience and learn manufacturing processes.
• Conducting experiments and trials to validate process improvements and ensure compatibility with existing equipment and systems
• Providing technical support and guidance to production staff, including training and mentoring as needed
