    Engineering Manager

    Lead a First-of-Its-Kind Clean Energy Project

    Our client is an innovative engineering company expanding its U.S. operations in East Tennessee. They are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the design, delivery, and commissioning of a groundbreaking clean energy program.

    What You'll Do

    • Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams from design through commissioning.

    • Coordinate engineering activities across multiple technical disciplines.

    • Ensure designs meet all applicable engineering codes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

    • Manage engineering schedules, budgets, and project priorities.

    • Drive engineering quality, change management, and technical execution.

    • Collaborate with national laboratories, contractors, and international engineering teams.

    Job requirements

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Nuclear, Systems, or related)

    • 10+ years leading complex engineering projects

    • Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams

    • Strong project management and leadership skills

    • Background in highly regulated industries such as:

      • Nuclear

      • Energy

      • Aerospace

      • Defense

      • Advanced Manufacturing

    Preferred Experience

    • DOE or National Laboratory projects

    • EPC project delivery

    • Professional Engineer (PE)

    • Large infrastructure or first-of-a-kind projects

    • Nuclear or advanced energy systems
