Engineering Lead/Manager - Salesforce & MuleSoft

Summary

Our client is seeking an Engineering Lead/Manager to lead Agile delivery for Salesforce and MuleSoft platforms, drive team execution, remove roadblocks, and ensure successful delivery of business initiatives. This role will focus on engineering leadership, stakeholder communication, release management, and process improvement rather than hands-on development.

Requirements

• Agile/Scrum leadership experience.
• Salesforce engineering knowledge.
• MuleSoft integration knowledge.
• Experience in Jira and Agile delivery management.
• Experience with Release management, QA, and CI/CD oversight.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and manage risks/dependencies.
• Experience coordinating onshore/offshore teams.
• Willingness to work onsite in Eden Prairie, MN (4 days/week).

Preferred

• Salesforce certification.
• Scrum certification.
• MuleSoft Anypoint Platform experience.
• Bitbucket and GitHub experience.
• Production support/operations experience.
• DevOps and engineering governance knowledge.

This is a 6-month Contract opportunity with potential to be hired by our MN client.
