This work includes developing early project concepts, evaluating pipeline and facility alternatives, coordinating hydraulic modeling and forecast analysis, and aligning scope, cost, schedule, and business drivers with Commercial, Operations, and other key project stakeholders. The role is a hybrid of project development and system planning.
