Client Overview: Our client is a well-established national organization seeking an experienced
Endpoint / Infrastructure Engineer to join its New York City technology team. - Troubleshoot across the full technical pathway, including endpoints, applications, authentication, networking/connectivity, device management, and backend systems.
- Support and engineer enterprise Windows and macOS environments.
- Manage endpoint configuration, enrollment, compliance, patching, provisioning, and application deployments.

- Support Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Exchange/Office 365, and related infrastructure.
- Develop and improve PowerShell scripts and automation for endpoint administration and remediation.
- Package, test, deploy, and troubleshoot enterprise applications and configuration changes.
- Support endpoint security initiatives including patching, encryption, EDR, device compliance, and vulnerability remediation.
- Identify recurring trends across support issues and develop scalable technical solutions.
- Partner with Service Desk and other infrastructure/engineering resources on escalated technical issues.
- Create technical documentation and improve processes for recurring issues.
- Assist with workstation provisioning, hardware refreshes, and device lifecycle management.
- Work with third-party vendors on hardware, warranty, and technical issues.

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune or comparable endpoint management technology.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and enterprise identity/authentication.
- Experience with application deployment, patching, device compliance, and endpoint security.
- Strong root-cause analysis and advanced troubleshooting skills.
- Working knowledge of PowerShell and technical automation.
- Ability to recognize patterns across recurring incidents and implement long-term technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across Service Desk, Endpoint, Infrastructure, and Security teams.

- Experience with Intune, Jamf, NinjaOne, SCCM/MECM, or similar platforms.
- Experience packaging and deploying enterprise applications.

- Microsoft Graph or API-based administration experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Zendesk, or comparable ITSM platforms.
