Candidate Profile
JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
Active Bar Admission in Washington, D.C., in good standing
2+ years of substantive employment litigation or comparable litigation experience
Experience supporting discovery, drafting motions, and conducting legal research
Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Interest in employment law and representing employers
Large law firm experience preferred
Collaborative mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional client service
Key Responsibilities
Support all phases of employment litigation, including case assessment, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, motions, and briefs
Manage document productions and assist with discovery strategy Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances
Assist with witness and trial preparation, including exhibits and briefs
Collaborate with attorneys on litigation strategy and case management
Communicate with clients regarding case status and developments
Monitor developments in employment law and contribute to internal knowledge sharing

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Salary: Annual salary range of $205,000 – $330,000, as determined by experience and market factors
