Our prestigious law firm client in Tampa is hiring multiple Labor and Employment Attorneys for their established practice. 

You will collaborate closely with the senior partners, assisting clients in navigating complex labor and employment matters.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Support senior attorneys in labor and employment matters.
• Assist in developing strategies to address and resolve employment, education, and labor disputes.
• Conduct thorough legal research on labor, education, and employment laws, regulations, and precedents.
• Advise clients on labor, education, and employment issues, including employment contracts, workplace policies, and compliance matters.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Prepare for hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
• Assist in negotiating and drafting employment agreements, collective bargaining agreements, separation agreements, and other related documents.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of overall experience managing cases, overseeing discovery, taking, and defending depositions, drafting pleadings, writing briefs, and preparing and arguing motions.
• Florida Bar admission is required.
• Strong legal writing and research skills are required.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are required.
• Enjoys working onsite in a diversely collaborative, yet autonomous work culture.
