    Key Responsibilities
    • Prospect and close new middle-market Employee Benefits accounts (100 – 1000 lives).
    • Consult with executives on cost containment, compliance, plan design, and wellness strategies.
    • Partner with internal account management and marketing teams to drive long-term client retention.
