The RoleThe Employee Benefits Coordinator owns day-to-day benefits administration — including leave management, compliance, and employee inquiries — while supporting broader functional priorities. Success in this role requires rigor across benefits administration, sound judgment under time pressure, and a service mindset that scales with a shared services business model. What You'll Do1. QUALIFICATIONS
CompensationBase Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 We build compensation structures that reflect comparable market rates for companies of similar size, revenue, and geography, while recognizing individual experience, performance, and demonstrated capability.
