Skills: IV therapy, blood products, central lines, phlebotomy, IV vasopressors, CPAP/BiPAP, ventilators, cardiac monitoring/dysrhythmias, CVA/stroke, neuro-trauma, SCI, TBI, adult/peds ED, GSW, ortho trauma, triage, isolation. Facility: 528-bed acute care teaching hospital; Magnet-recognized; Advanced Thrombectomy Capable Stroke Center.

Schedule: Day 4x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)/Day 4x12-Hour (11:00 - 23:00)

• Specialty: ER RN – Adult

• Shift: 7a–7p / 11a–11p

• Contract: 13 weeks

• Weekend: Every other weekend

• Call: None specified

• RTO/Block: Submit requests with profile

• First-Time Travelers: Accepted

• Local: No – 75-mile radius

• License:Active NY Single-State RN license in hand – REQUIRED; NY is not Compact

• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC*

• Charting: EPIC required

• Ratio: 1:5

• Floating: Required within skillset

• Patient Population: Adults, geriatrics, all emergency diagnoses

• Skills: IV therapy, blood products, central lines, phlebotomy, IV vasopressors, CPAP/BiPAP, ventilators, cardiac monitoring/dysrhythmias, CVA/stroke, neuro-trauma, SCI, TBI, adult/peds ED, GSW, ortho trauma, triage, isolation

• Equipment: Bair Hugger, rapid infuser, safe patient handling equipment

• Holiday: Must be available every other holiday, if needed

• Call-Off: Client may cancel up to 3 shifts during 13-week contract

• Scrubs: Any combination of navy blue & white

• Facility: 528-bed acute care teaching hospital; Magnet-recognized; Advanced Thrombectomy Capable Stroke Center

• Department: 24/7 ED with dedicated Pediatric ED, crisis intervention unit & trauma suite
