Princeton Baptist Medical Center, located in Birmingham, Alabama, is seeking a full-time emergency medicine assistant medical director to join our team. Work in a busy, well-supported emergency department with strong specialty support.

Qualifications and Leadership Duties
Leadership experience strongly preferred
ABEM/AOBEM: board certified or board eligible
Support the facility medical director in overseeing ED operations and clinical performance
Provide guidance to the team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based patient care
Monitor patient outcomes, identify opportunities for improvement and implement initiatives that enhance care, quality and efficiency
Champion safety and best practices throughout the emergency department
