    • Organize and format sold project information according to department standard.

    • Construction Planning

    • Create and manage a solution plan for issue resolution.

    • Schedule Evaluation

    • Thoroughly evaluate construction schedules to identify lead time issues and labor needs, assessing potential scheduling impacts.

    • If no schedule is provided, forecast labor needs based on project KPIs (e.g., concrete pour, structural steel installation).

    • Job Setup & Systems

    • Review job setup in SAGE to ensure accurate population based on the sales team's estimate.

    • Procurement & Logistics

    • Coordinate with Superintendents to schedule deliveries of shop-rented tools, materials, and equipment, and manage site logistics for those deliveries.

    • Maintain a comprehensive submittal log - spec sections, request/return dates, approvals, revisions, order/ship dates, tracking numbers, arrival dates, and contracts.

    • Site Visits & Budget Monitoring

    • Onsite roughly 75% of the week - hands-on, in-the-field learning.

    • Use site visit information to evaluate budget-vs-actual reports and ensure accurate project billing; monitor production rates and material cost codes.

    • Close-Out

    • Conduct post-mortem evaluations on closed projects to assess outcomes, capture lessons learned, and recommend improvements.
