    Position Overview

Pronto is a rapidly growing dietary supplement manufacturer specializing in high-quality powder and capsule formulations. We are looking for a gritty, "all-in" Electro-Mechanical Technician who thrives on the production floor. If you prefer sitting behind a desk, this isn't the role for you. We need a roll-up-your-sleeves problem solver who takes extreme ownership of our supplement manufacturing equipment.

Reporting directly to the Head of Manufacturing, you will be the absolute go-to person for keeping our production moving safely and efficiently. You will act as a first responder to equipment breakdowns, execute strict maintenance programs, and constantly look for ways to enhance reliability and uptime while ensuring compliance with cGMP and FDA standards.

    • Equipment Installation & Validation: Assist with facility improvement projects, equipment installations, and take charge of validating new machines.

    • Calibration & Precision: Calibrate precision scales, ingredient-dosing systems, and other production machinery to ensure absolute accuracy and regulatory compliance.

    • Compliance & Safety: Maintain rigorous maintenance logs and documentation. Strictly follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, company safety policies, and cGMP/FDA regulations.

    • All-In Collaboration: Work closely with Production, Quality, and Operations teams to support daily manufacturing goals and minimize downtime.

    • Technical Chops: Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Proven ability to validate new machines.

    • Floor-First Attitude: Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to prioritize tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.

    • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work on your feet, and navigate tight spaces in a manufacturing environment while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
