Oversee multiple project teams, Project Managers, and field leadership to ensure successful project execution. Manage project budgets, forecasting, financial performance, and cost control initiatives. Develop and maintain strategic project schedules and execution plans. Lead contract negotiations, procurement strategies, and risk management efforts. Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, general contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders. Drive project planning, constructability reviews, and value engineering initiatives. Oversee subcontractor and vendor performance to ensure quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved. Ensure compliance with project requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations. Manage change order negotiations and contract administration activities. Support commissioning, startup, testing, and turnover of critical electrical systems. Mentor and develop Project Managers and project teams while promoting best practices across the organization. Provide executive-level project reporting and strategic operational updates.The Successful Applicant5+ years of Project Management experience within electrical construction. Proven experience leading large-scale data center, mission-critical, industrial, or complex commercial electrical projects. Experience managing projects with significant electrical scopes and multi-million-dollar budgets. Strong understanding of critical power infrastructure, including switchgear, generators, UPS systems, medium-voltage distribution, and backup power systems. Extensive experience with project financial management, forecasting, procurement, and contract administration. Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with construction management, scheduling, and financial software platforms.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $160,000 per year.
