Echocardiographer - Vascular Technologist

Required Licensure/Certificatio n: Within one (1) year of hire or transfer must have one (1) of the following certifications: Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT): Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS), Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS). P referred Licensure/Certification: Registered in Echo and Vascular Required Experience: 1-2 years' experience in hospital, clinic, or physician office.

Performs vascular and cardiac ultrasound exams on All Age Groups

 

Must be familiar with all aspects of echocardiography and vascular sonography.

Reports on preliminary findings and critical results.

 

Qualifications:

Required Education:

 

Vocational Training Specific Coursework: Cardiovascular Sonography Program 

• Preferred Education: Bachelor of Science

Required Licensure/Certification:
