Lead field-based operations for the East of Rockies franchise organization, supporting new market entry, onboarding franchisees and internal resources, and building a consistent, high-quality operating model. You will lead a team of Franchise Business Advisors and work closely with branded marketer and franchise business development teams to convert growth opportunities into operating sites and position new markets for long-term success.

What you will deliver

• Scale franchise growth in new and existing markets by partnering with branded marketer business development teams to convert pipeline into operating sites.
• Achieve volume, margin, and store sales goals in line with the annual plan.
• Lead onboarding of new franchisees, ensuring they have the tools, standards, and support required to operate optimally.
• Build and develop regional teams, including hiring, onboarding, and coaching Franchise Business Advisors as the network grows.
• Establish and embed a consistent operating model across new markets, aligned with brand standards and customer experience expectations.
• Own franchisee relationships across the region, driving engagement, retention, and long-term value creation.
• Translate market-entry strategies into executable regional plans, including the sequencing of site openings and deployment of resources.
• Use performance data and field insights to identify gaps, prioritize interventions, and improve outcomes across new and scaling markets.
• Partner with marketing, operations, and digital teams so new sites launch with strong commercial foundations and a compelling customer offer.
• Act as the primary regional interface for cross-functional teams supporting expansion, with clear ownership and delivery against achievements.
• Represent bp in industry and partner forums to support growth opportunities and strengthen external relationships.
• Oversee site-level workplan execution, CORE score improvement, compliance with franchise agreements and the Store Systems Manual, implementation of defaults and DQs, and site-level safety and compliance.

What you will need to be successful

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant business experience.
• Sales or sales operations leadership experience.
• Significant experience in multi-site retail, franchise operations, or network expansion.
• A proven track record of scaling new markets or launching new business models.
• Experience working with external partners such as branded marketers, franchisees, or distributors.
• Strong leadership capability, including building and developing teams in growth environments.
• The ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-scaling environments and translate strategy into execution.
• Strong commercial and operational judgment, with a focus on sustainable growth.
• Experience influencing across a matrix organization and aligning multiple stakeholders behind shared outcomes.
