What You’ll Do
- Lead classrooms in preschool and early learning environments
- Follow provided lesson plans, manage classroom activities, and ensure a safe, engaging atmosphere
- Adapt quickly to different centers’ routines and curricula
- Provide timely feedback to HelloSubs and partner centers for continuous improvement
Who You Are
- An aspiring or experienced early childhood educator ready to gain or share hands-on expertise
- Passionate about nurturing social, emotional, and cognitive growth in ages 2–5
- Dependable, adaptable, and confident managing small groups in dynamic settings
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and have reliable local transportation
What We Offer

Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience working with children ages 2–5 (less experience considered for candidates with relevant training)
- High school diploma or higher; CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s preferred
- Willingness to complete state background and health screenings
- U.S. work authorization with reliable transportation
