What You’ll Do
Lead classrooms in preschool and early learning environments
Follow provided lesson plans, manage classroom activities, and ensure a safe, engaging atmosphere
Adapt quickly to different centers’ routines and curricula
Provide timely feedback to HelloSubs and partner centers for continuous improvement
Who You Are
An aspiring or experienced early childhood educator ready to gain or share hands-on expertise
Passionate about nurturing social, emotional, and cognitive growth in ages 2–5
Dependable, adaptable, and confident managing small groups in dynamic settings
Authorized to work in the U.S. and have reliable local transportation

Requirements
Minimum one year of experience working with children ages 2–5 (less experience considered for candidates with relevant training)
High school diploma or higher; CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s preferred
Willingness to complete state background and health screenings
U.S. work authorization with reliable transportation
