We’re an embedded talent consultancy on a mission to evolve how businesses recruit. Our clients include some of the most innovative organisations in the world — from Google-backed unicorns to Fintech and SaaS scale-ups reshaping their industries.
Our team spans the UK, Germany, Spain, South Africa, and Vietnam. We’re remote-first, globally minded, and deeply collaborative. We believe hiring should be human-centred, data-informed, and impact-driven — creating better outcomes for companies and candidates alike.
Why This Role Exists
Our client is a multinational enterprise software company who are scaling their early-career hiring significantly. The current graduate cohort is approximately 250 per year, with a target of reaching 1,000 over the next 12 months. Growth will be incremental, with the immediate pipeline consisting of 82 graduates hiring in July and a further 250 from October through January.
As an Early Careers Recruiter, you will join a globally distributed team of four, reporting to the Early Careers Lead. The team sits within our client's wider Talent Acquisition function.
