JOB SUMMARY
Looking for a fun and exciting career? Join the Slot Operations team as a Dual Rate Slot Supervisor/Shift Manager. You will lead and support the Slots team on your shift while delivering top-tier customer service. In this position you'll oversee staffing, ensure compliance with regulations, resolve guest concerns, and keep everything running smoothly on the casino floor - all while maintaining integrity, confidentiality, and a sharp eye for detail.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Candidate is responsible for providing leadership and supervising slot operations on their shift while maintaining the highest standard of customer service, integrity, and confidentiality.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Candidate will monitor staffing levels and make adjustments as needed; coach and counsel employees; enforce all rules, service standards, policies and PGCB regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

LANGUAGE ABILITY

MATH ABILITY
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Must possess intermediate PC skills. Microsoft Office experience required.
CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES
Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent. One year supervisor experience is preferred.
