DTLA Executive Litigation Legal Secretary

An international law firm is seeking an experienced Executive Litigation Legal Secretary to join its Downtown Los Angeles office. The Executive Litigation Legal Secretary will support two senior Partners, including the head of the practice group, and two Of Counsel attorneys. Qualified candidates should have 5+ years experience providing high-level litigation and executive support in a law firm environment, with strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures, complex calendaring, and legal document preparation. Executive Litigation Legal Secretary Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level support to two Partners and two Of Counsel attorneys.
  • Manage state, federal, and appellate e-filings, calendaring, and trial preparation.
  • Coordinate complex attorney calendars, travel arrangements, and client communications.
  • Prepare legal documents, process time and expenses, and maintain confidential records.
  • Support meetings, depositions, pleadings, and administrative operations.
