Driver / Fleet Coordinator / (m/f/d)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Management and coordination of the company vehicle fleet and transportation activities
• Monitoring vehicle availability, maintenance schedules, inspections and legal compliance requirements
• Coordination of vehicle servicing, repairs, registrations and insurance documentation
• Ensuring the safe, efficient and cost-effective use of company vehicles
• Organization and execution of transportation activities for employees, visitors, materials and business-related requirements
• Monitoring fuel consumption, mileage and fleet-related costs
• Maintaining accurate vehicle records, reports and documentation
• Support in logistics and operational transport activities when required
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, road safety regulations and internal procedures
• Communication and coordination with internal departments and external service providers

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Successfully completed secondary education or comparable qualification
• Previous professional experience in fleet management, transportation, logistics or driver-related activities is advantageous
• Valid driving license category B; additional categories are considered an advantage
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Reliable, responsible and service-oriented way of working
• Independent and self-reliant way of working
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet administration is considered an advantage
• Willingness to business travel and flexible working hours if required
• Good knowledge of written and spoken Romanian; English language skills are considered an advantage
