School Bus Driver

Step by Step Child Care is looking for positive, outgoing, and kind drivers to work with our Before & After School and summer camp program! Hours are 7am - 9:30am & 2-4:30 with scheduled half days for students which would decrease the midday break.

Our work environment includes:

Engaging with Children ages 4 - 12 years old
Maintaining positive relationships with Students, teachers, and local school staff.

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable Bus Driver to transport students safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a valid Bus License with a "P" Passenger endorsement, and exhibits a warm and friendly personality.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate a bus following a set schedule and route.

- Ensure the safety of students during transit.

- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the bus as needed

- Maintain a clean and presentable bus interior

- Adhere to traffic laws and regulations at all times
