DOT Compliance Officer
Strengthen client partnerships and build the systems that power safe, compliant workplaces nationally.
Make an Impact in a Role That Matters
You’ll be the person who brings people, process, and performance together.
As our DOT Compliance Officer, you won’t just oversee day-to-day activity—you’ll help shape how our business grows. You’ll lead high-performing teams, elevate the client experience, strengthen compliance-focused operations, and create scalable systems that support organizations nationally.
If you’re energized by leading people, improving how work gets done, and making a visible impact in a growing company, this is an opportunity to do meaningful work with room to grow.
Who We Are
At AZC Drug Testing, we’ve been helping employers, government agencies, and organizations maintain safe, compliant workplaces since 1996.
As we continue expanding, we’re investing in strong leadership, smarter systems, and exceptional service. We’re looking for a DOT Compliance Officer who can help drive our Third-Party Administration (TPA) operations and play a key role in our next stage of growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll guide daily TPA operations while helping the business run more effectively, serve clients more strategically, and scale with confidence.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Oversee key service areas including Drug Free Workplace Programs, Background Screening, Fingerprinting, Employee Training, and DOT Compliance services.
- Help ensure excellence in regulatory compliance, including Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and FMCSA Clearinghouse requirements.
- Serve as a trusted partner and primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong and lasting relationships.
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and grow existing business relationships.
- Build, refine, and improve operational systems, policies, and procedures that increase efficiency and consistency.
- Collaborate with leadership to shape new products, services, and operational strategies.
- Contribute to business growth by developing sales strategies, preparing proposals, and helping achieve company revenue goals.
- Leverage technology and AI tools to improve productivity, reporting, customer service, and operational efficiency.
Why This Role Stands Out
This is an opportunity for someone who wants to do more than manage tasks, but to share your knowledge of the DOT regulations with others to keep them in compliance.
You’ll be trusted to develop people, improve operations, strengthen client relationships, and help influence the future of a growing organization. You’ll also have the chance to expand your expertise across compliance, operations, service delivery, and business strategy—all while working with leadership that values innovation and continuous improvement.
