DOT Compliance Manager

Key responsibilities include offering strategic oversight on corporate programs, conducting comprehensive audits, and spearheading training initiatives such as DOT Hazmat and New Hire orientations. Additionally, the position involves project management duties, leading investigations, and fostering interactions with emergency services and community members.

For specific Department of Transportation duties, the individual will aid in the continuous development of compliance programs, manage testing pools, oversee driver documentation, and ensure adherence to hazardous material shipment requirements. The role requires staying informed about regulatory changes, analyzing MVRs, and constructing driver policy manuals.

Fleet management responsibilities encompass maintaining vehicle inventories, handling registrations, managing accident records, and ensuring fulfillment of various jurisdictional documentation requirements. The role also involves supervising telematics systems and corporate vehicle resources.
