Top 3 Must Have Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications or other related field.
- 3 years of experience working closely with product teams coordinating and organizing events
- 1 year of professional experience at large enterprises or highly matrixed organizations in applied design thinking, product management, or technical roles
- Familiarity with internal operations or event planning and marketing · Good understanding of technology operations

In the Hangar we bring product leaders, engineers, airport staff, and customers together to collectively build the most customer centric capabilities while improving how we work simultaneously - to rapidly deliver customer value faster than ever before. Teams work on their existing backlogs in highly focused sprints and spend most of their time pairing - but dedicated time is given to learning and experimentation. Our coaches are subject matter experts who immerse with the teams and provide active feedback.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:

· Work closely with the Dojo Leads and Director to plan, prioritize, & confirm Dojo Engagements
· Communicate the offerings and services for a Dojo and how they can help teams.
· Communicate frequently with transparency to the various stakeholders regarding notices, scheduling, constraints, challenges, successes,
· Schedule engagements/meetings based on capacity of coaches & priority.
· Coordinate hybrid experiences (in-person + remote); reserve rooms, coordinate food orders, A/V equipment, power sources, tech setup,

Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience
· Airline industry experience, including engineering / business processes and supporting technology.
· Demonstratable work experience in helping product leaders to create an environment conducive to supporting empowered product teams delivering great results.
· Experience in helping product leaders and senior leaders align priorities to the overall business goals and product strategies.
· Proven experience in building relationships with senior leaders across the organization to influence and inspire change.
