JOB TITLE: Documentation Analysts
LOCATION:Mesa, AZ
PAY RATE: $35-45/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Qualifying Questions:

• Are you a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual) as defined under ITAR regulations?

• Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role?

• Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?

Summary: 

• Researches, organizes, and audits technical documentation including Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) data.

• Navigates and utilizes a variety of engineering programs and software tools.

• Uses 3DX and Power BI as primary tools for documentation analysis and auditing.

• Learns and adapts to new software quickly with instruction.

• Supports documentation accuracy and completeness through auditing and organization.

• Works with technical documentation and data within engineering systems.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• Solid computer skills for navigating engineering programs and software.

• Comfortable navigating a variety of different engineering programs.

• Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly with instruction.

• Experience with 3DX and Power BI preferred (training provided).

• Ability to research, organize, and audit technical documentation.

• Attention to detail for documentation accuracy and completeness.
