About the JobWere looking for a motivated Document Processor Supervisor to lead a high-performing team at theheart of our operations. If you love bringing order to complexity, developing people, and drivingcontinuous improvement, this role is for you. ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Management• Supervise and support frontline employees for the Data Processing Team• Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and one-on-ones• Monitor attendance, scheduling, and workload distribution• Motivate team members to achieve individual and team goals• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees• Foster a collaborative and customer-focused work environmentData Processing Operations• Provide direction and guidance to team members when needed to ensure promptly and efficienthandling of requests.

    • Continuously evaluate workflows and procedures, recommending improvements to enhanceefficiency.Performance Monitoring• Track team KPIs and operational metrics• Review processing queues, response times, and productivity reports• Identify process improvement opportunities• Provide actionable feedback and coaching based on performance data to front line employees• Prepare reports for management on team performance and trendsProcess & Compliance• Ensure adherence to company policies, security standards, and SOPs• Maintain accurate documentation and workflows• Support implementation of new tools, systems, and procedures• Promote continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications• High school diploma or GED• 1-2 years of relevant work experience• Sharp attention to detail and strong written communication• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects without missing a beat• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively• Proficiency in basic computer tools (keyboard, 10-key, Adobe)• Basic insurance knowledge is a plus• A positive, professional attitude and a passion for consistency NetVendor's Benefits Package• Medical, dental, and vision insurance• HSA, FSA, and DCFSA• Long- and short-term disability insurance• Company-paid standard life insurance• Generous paid time off policy• Paid holidays: 7 per year + 1 floating holiday• Maternity Leave• 401(k) with company match• Employee Assistance Program
