JOB DESCRIPTION
Position/Title: Doctor-to-Doctor Sales Advisor
Reports to: Giuseppe Calloni, Chief Executive Officer and Nicole Vitolo, Customer Care / Inside Sales & Logistics Manager
Annual Salary Compensation: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 + Commission + Sales Incentives
Location: 95 Greene Street, Jersey City, NJ - In office 5 days a week
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated physician to join our team as a Doctor-to-Doctor Sales Advisor. In this role, you will leverage your clinical expertise to support the sales of our medical devices.
Key Responsibilities
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals with the goal of selling our medical devices and increasing overall sales growth.
Conduct presentations and providing product demonstrations: to healthcare professionals, highlighting the benefits and features of our medical devices.
Providing expert technical support: to healthcare professionals, answering questions and addressing concerns regarding our products.
Staying up to date: on the latest clinical data and industry trends.
Collaborating: with internal teams to ensure seamless product launches and customer support.
Qualifications
MD or equivalent medical degree
Experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical sales/clinical setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent presentation and teaching skills
Ability to build rapport and trust: with healthcare professionals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong understanding of the medical device industry and regulatory landscape
Salesforce Experience / CRM Related
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
