JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Position/Title: Doctor-to-Doctor Sales Advisor

  • Reports to: Giuseppe Calloni, Chief Executive Officer and Nicole Vitolo, Customer Care / Inside Sales & Logistics Manager

  • Annual Salary Compensation: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 + Commission + Sales Incentives

  • Location: 95 Greene Street, Jersey City, NJ - In office 5 days a week

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated physician to join our team as a Doctor-to-Doctor Sales Advisor. In this role, you will leverage your clinical expertise to support the sales of our medical devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals with the goal of selling our medical devices and increasing overall sales growth.

  • Conduct presentations and providing product demonstrations: to healthcare professionals, highlighting the benefits and features of our medical devices.

  • Providing expert technical support: to healthcare professionals, answering questions and addressing concerns regarding our products.

  • Staying up to date: on the latest clinical data and industry trends.

  • Collaborating: with internal teams to ensure seamless product launches and customer support.

Qualifications

  • MD or equivalent medical degree

  • Experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical sales/clinical setting

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent presentation and teaching skills

  • Ability to build rapport and trust: with healthcare professionals.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong understanding of the medical device industry and regulatory landscape

  • Salesforce Experience / CRM Related

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
