Our client, an established specialty contractor in the Nashville market, seeks an experienced Division 10/12 Estimator to join their growing team. POSITION OVERVIEW: Join a respected contractor specializing in Division 10 (Specialties) and Division 12 (Furnishings) work, where your expertise in estimating will directly impact company growth and success.
RESPONSIBILITIES: • Prepare and analyze detailed cost estimates • Review project specifications and drawings • Develop accurate material and labor takeoffs • Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers • Participate in bid reviews and strategy meetings • Support project teams during pre-construction • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients
QUALIFICATIONS: • Proven experience in Division 10/12 estimating • Strong understanding of commercial construction processes • Proficiency in construction estimating software • Excellence in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong analytical and mathematical skills • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities • Effective communication skills
