As a Tsunami Express District Manager, you will oversee multiple locations and play a critical role in driving operational excellence, developing leaders, and delivering strong financial performance. Our District Managers are responsible for coaching Site Managers, improving site performance, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all locations.
What Youll Do as a District Manager:
Multi-Unit Leadership Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Site Managers as a District Manager across multiple locationsConduct weekly one-on-one meetings to support leadership development and performance managementRecruit, hire, and train new Site Managers, building a strong leadership pipelineParticipate in weekly Business Performance Meetings focused on revenue growth, membership metrics, and labor optimizationPresent in monthly operations meetings, reviewing KPIs, training compliance, and site performance
Site-Level Responsibilities:
Perform regular site visits as a District Manager to evaluate operations, team performance, and customer experienceIdentify and develop future leaders within your districtEnsure Site Manager accountability for:
Execution of standard operating procedures (SOPs)Consistent, high-level customer service and guest experienceSite cleanliness, equipment uptime, and facility maintenanceAchieving zero downtime and operational efficiency goals
Partner with the Support Team to drive:
New site openings and launch executionStaffing, onboarding, and training initiativesSales growth and promotional performance
