Job Summary:
Lead and manage a group delivering above/below ground utility distribution projects (4kV–34kV)
Mentor and develop staff both technically and in soft skills; assign staff to projects based on competency and availability
Manage group billability, productivity, and project budget performance
Lead signature proposals and complex projects for key clients, partnering with marketing on large proposal responses
Perform independent reviews of work performed by others
Ensure adherence to quality management processes and proactively manage client-facing risks
Champion continued learning, sharing engineering best practices and tools across the team
