What You'll Be Doing
As a Discovery Response Attorney, you will play a vital role during the discovery phase of litigation, including:
- Reviewing and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission
- Gathering, organizing, and analyzing documents and information
- Drafting accurate, timely, and legally sufficient discovery responses
- Managing multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously
- Collaborating with internal teams and communicating with opposing counsel on discovery matters
- Objecting to improper discovery requests and assisting with discovery disputes as needed

What We're Looking For
- JD from an accredited law school
- Licensed or pending bar admission (entry‑level candidates welcome)
- Strong written communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
- Interest in Lemon Law or litigation‑focused practice areas
Role Details
- Practice Area: Lemon Law
- Reports To / Supports: COO
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM
- Compensation: Up to $44/hour
