The Opportunity
Just Capital is seeking a Director of Sales to lead and execute its revenue strategy during a key phase of growth. This is a player-coach role for a senior sales leader who will both drive revenue directly and help shape how Just Capital brings its research, data, and insights to market.
You will lead a small, high-impact sales effort supported by cross-functional partners across the organization. The role requires hands-on selling, strategic thinking, and close collaboration with leadership, marketing, product, and research teams. It is well-suited for someone who enjoys building from first principles and operating in lean, mission-driven environments.
As a senior leader, you will work closely with executive leadership and play a central role in strengthening Just Capital’s commercial approach and institutional relationships.
Expectations & Responsibilities
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Location: New York, NY – Four days a week in the office
Compensation: $150,000 - $170,000 annually
