The Impact You'll Make

At Danfoss Climate Solutions, you will help accelerate growth across North America for a market-leading portfolio of air conditioning and commercial refrigeration controls. This is a highly visible leadership role where your ability to identify opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and translate market insights into action will directly influence business performance. Working remotely and partnering closely with sales, product management, and regional leaders, you will shape commercial strategy across OEM, aftermarket, and contractor channels. Your expertise will help customers solve critical heating and cooling challenges while supporting a more energy-efficient future. As a people leader, you will build and develop a high-performing sales development team, creating the focus, alignment, and momentum needed to drive profitable growth across the region.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and develop a regional Sales Development team to strengthen capabilities and deliver sustainable business growth.
• Drive commercial growth initiatives across North America by identifying market opportunities and supporting strategic sales priorities.
• Partner with regional sales teams to focus resources on high-potential opportunities and improve conversion of customer demand into business results.
• Translate market, customer, and competitor insights into actionable strategies that influence portfolio direction, business planning, and product launches.
• Align cross-functional teams around forecasting, pricing, supply, quality, and customer priorities to remove barriers and accelerate growth.

What We're Looking For

• BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
• Proven success leading commercial growth, sales development, business development, or sales teams in a technical or industrial business environment.
• Strong understanding of the HVAC, refrigeration, cooling, or related manufacturing industries and the market dynamics that drive customer decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across sales, product management, operations, and other cross-functional teams.
• Experience using customer, market, and competitive insights to shape strategy and deliver measurable business results.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel as needed across the region.
