The Director of Retail supports retail innovation, brand standards and operational excellence across multi client sites. They serve as a subject matter expert, guiding food programs, development and consistent execution.

This leader brings proven hospitality and culinary management experience, driving menu development, hands on cooking, cost control, new business openings, staff training, and food safety. Strong communication, organization and guest focus are essential.

Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $139145 - $180070

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo"s incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience in leading service or deployment initiatives within the food service or hospitality industry at the director or senior management level.
  • Analytical skills with a track record of using data and insights to shape strategies and inform business decisions.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing programs that drive sales growth, improve customer experience, and enhance operational outcomes.
  • Expertise in managing and reporting on service KPIs to assess impact, optimize performance, and support continuous improvement.
  • Project leadership skills with the skillset to guide cross-functional teams through concept development, implementation, and evaluation.

  • Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Management Experience: 5 years
  • Related Experience: 5 years
