Director, Quality

HCT seeks an experienced healthcare professional to serve as the interim Director of Quality for 400+ bed hospital in California. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Partnering with existing Consultant to support department initiatives including processes/workflows, Leapfrog Hand Hygiene Program, and Peer Review.
• Facilitate and support committee meetings and other Quality-related initiatives.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree required; RN required
• Experience: Minimum 5 years’ progressive experience in Quality in an acute care setting; knowledge of all public reporting (Leapfrog, Q-HIP, HQIP, et al)
• Licensure: CA RN license required
• Certifications: CPHQ, CPPS or CPHRM preferred
• Computer Skills: Epic
